Section 1: Disney aims to provide its guests with ‘the perfect experience’. Some key references of IT’s role to meet Disney’s ultimate objective are availability, managing changes, releasing updates and managing contracts. Discuss three relevant ITIL processes for Disney’s IT team with an outline of the key process activities and how these processes provide value to Disney.  

Section 2: Discuss the three-step ITIL adoption roadmap that was implemented by Disney. In your opinion, which step is the most challenging and why? Include at least 2 references to relevant research that has been undertaken towards ITIL adoption.
