Context
Australian Department of Social Services has developed a data collection and reporting system called Data Exchange.
The Data Exchange provides flexible ways for community service providers (e.g. charities, NGOs, ...) to submit performance information to the department. In return, the Data Exchange delivers two-way data sharing between funding agencies and organisations in a range of engaging reports. This data helps them find smarter and more
efficient ways of improving service delivery and understanding the outcomes being achieved for vulnerable individuals, families and their communities. The concepts and terminology associated with collecting and reporting client level data from Australian Department of Social Services’ Data Exchange is provided the “Data Exchange Protocols” document.

Instructions
Read the “Data Exchange Protocols” document (Pages 4-10, 16-27 and 46-57).

Based on the information provided about the data requirement of the Data Exchange system, develop the logical-level database design by creating an Entity Relationship (ER) diagram.

The ER diagram should include Entities, Attributes and keys, and Relationships. Model relationships in this assignment using Chen Notation.
To develop a well-designed ER diagram:
1. Identify all Entities, their Attributes and relationships between the entities.
2. Use ERDPlus (https://erdplus.com) to draw ER diagram.
3. Add connectivity, cardinality, and constraints to the diagram.
4. Resolve any many-many relationships and one-to-one relationships.
5. Specify the appropriate Primary keys and Foreign keys on the ERD.
6. Apply normalisation to resolve any anomalies. Your tables must be at least in the third normal form (3NF).
7. Using ERDPlus convert the ERD to Relational Schema.
8. Create a word document, with a title page including your student ID, name, unit name & title, assignment number. Paste the ER diagram and Relational Schema in a Word document. Also, clearly state any assumptions that you make.
9. Write the SQL Code for creating the database tables. You can manually write the SQL code in a text file or use ERDPlus to generate the SQL code. The SQL code generated by ERDPlus may need some tweaks depending on how detailed is your ERD diagram. For example, if you have not added some constraints on the ERD, they will not be included in the generated SQL code and you will need to add them manually.
10. Using MySQL Workbench, create a new blank database.
