• No signs of shortness of breath, but his blood pressure is 136/86.
• Played Australian Rules Football in an earlier life.
• Wears prescription glasses.
• Not been to the gym in 3 months, and wants to reduce his protruding belly.
• Not seen the doctor in 36 months because he takes multivitamins.
• Smokes on weekends and skips breakfast.
Q2. Within your scope of practice as a personal trainer, explain to James Spade the findings of his PEQ.
Q4. You referred James to his doctor, and the doctor has cleared him for exercise with the following guidelines:
