2. Write a Java program that requests the user to enter a number x between 5 and 10 (inclusive), and a character string of length 6. The program should pass these user inputs to a method that then displays an x-by-x matrix of random characters from the string entered. The program should then output the concatenation of all characters positioned at every odd cell on every odd row on the matrix. Assume that the first row is 1 and the first cell is 1.
