1) Add 2 input boxes that will receive a Name and a Grade from the User

2) Be sure to add appropriate U/I standard prompts (text/instructions) for the user

3) Add 2 buttons - one will be an "Add to List" button, the other will be a "Calculate Average" button

4) Add a Text Area that can hold the results of/feedback from the process

5) Both buttons will produce some kind of user-friendly feedback to the user
