Read the following case study then write a case note that accurately summarises the content of the conversation. 
You work at an organisation that provides day services to women and children who are homeless. Jenna is one of the regular clients there and you have worked with her for a long time. She seems upset one day and asks to speak to you in private. She says that she has seen another client, Gertrude, exchanging sex for money and food at a well-used truck stop just out of town. She is worried about Gertrude and Gertrude's daughter Wendy, who is 9 years old. Jenna says that she has seen Wendy sleeping on the ground near the truck stop while Gertrude is working. In your experience Jenna has often said things that on investigation turn out to be untrue (although not always). Your supervisor will be in later that day and you decide to write a file note on the conversation you had with Jenna so that you don't forget anything important when you speak with your supervisor and in case it is needed for legal purposes.
