Established a decade ago, JWS Research has grown quickly to become an industry leader and one of the most respected firms in Australia for providing research-based advice to the government and business sectors, particularly on complex and challenging issues. Their services include:

JWS hires students to work on this research. They have invited international candidates who can work smart and efficiently. Kings cornerstone has asked you to participate in this drive by performing research and producing a written report to the recruiting team on the concept of “Business Recovery - Developing a business recovery roadmap to rebuild opportunity after a global pandemic” based on research skills that you have gained during your 2 years of study in Pearson Higher National Diploma. The dialect of the topic should either be an original thesis or a synthesis. Choose a well-focused and defined objective based on the topic.

Task 1

As part of your research, you must prepare a written report on the topic chosen for your research by exploring the methods and data collection tools used for the research with costs, ethics and access under consideration. The report must justify chosen research methodologies based on philosophical/theoretical frameworks, after a detailed examination and evaluation of alternative research methodologies and data collection methods. Make sure that your report includes:

• Complete a literature review using secondary research
• Produce a research proposal that clearly defines: (Proposal Format is given in the logbook).

Task 2

Based on the approved proposal, you must conduct the research using primary data. These should be tested in scientific approach, its reliability, consistencies, and normality condition and choose appropriate statistical tools for measurement. And the details of data analysis including the process of coding should be presented in the report in a systematic manner and presented the findings in the form of charts, tables, and figures. Make sure that your report includes:

• Conduct primary research (using a survey/questionnaire/ interview or other primary research technique to collect data) and secondary research (using textbooks, journal articles, newspapers and magazine articles or any other secondary research technique) using appropriate methods for a business research
• The report must systematically present the details the process of data analysis including the choice of tools based on consistency, reliability and normality tests. And presented the result of the analysis in the form of charts and tables and draw conclusions showing the meeting of the research
• Reflecting on the effectiveness of research methods based on the objectives, lessons learnt and chart a pathway for future exploration by providing alternative methods/approaches a researcher can adopt in the future based on the limiting factors.

You must keep track/notes of all your progress throughout your research process in the form of a Logbook; the record of the development of your research ideas and progress. Be generous with visual representations like graphs, charts, and tables to support your claim.

Task 3

You have to communicate the valid outcomes of your research in the form of a powerpoint presentation and demonstrate critical self reflection and insight and provide a recommendation for future improvements and managerial implementation. This presentation should include
