Ken advertised his collection of Avengers comics for sale for RM10 000 in the Times newspaper on 1st September, 2019. 
The next day, on 2nd September 2019, Ben wrote to Ken enclosing a cheque for RM7 000 and saying that he would assume the comics was his if he did not hear from Ken within three (3) days. Ken did not reply. 

On 5th September, 2019, Terence offered to pay RM8 000 for the comics. Ken said he was willing to sell at the price of RM9 000. Terence said he wanted to think about it. Ken gave him three (3) days to think about it. 
On 6th September 2019, Martin visited Ken and said he was willing to pay RM12 000 for the comics. Ken immediately agreed. 
Ken then called Terence to inform him that the comics have been sold. Terence was angry that Ken had not kept his promise to give him three (3) days to think about the RM9000 offer. He wants to sue Ken. 

Please advise Ken whether he has a legally enforceable contract in each of the scenarios and whether he is liable for breach of contract with any of the parties above
