Task 3: Provide feedback
In this task, you will review the latest results of Trainer 1 and then inform the Owner of their strategies to address performance. This will involve preparing and implementing a set of activities to improve the Trainer’s performance. This will be achieved through a face to face session where you will provide feedback and then conduct a coaching session. You will document the Learning and Development Plan in the Performance Agreement Template.

In this task you will continue to review and attempt to manage the performance of Trainer 1. However as the new data for weeks 8 and 9 indicate, performance is not improving therefore you will hold a meeting where they issue a formal first and final warning. However, in week 10, results show no improvement and it was also noted that the listed development tasks were not carried out. As a result you will formally compile a letter of termination.
