To do this you may wish to provide a brief précis of the pathophysiology of the CC and the metabolic derangement the CC is causing. This will allow you to analyze each element of the CPG and explain how that therapy or intervention is helping to manage the CC. The second element requires you to research how the treatment modalities have evolved. Depending on how long the CC of your CPG has been recognised, the history of treatment for the CC may start in pre-history with superstitious (or certainly pre-scientific) therapies or interventions.and see how things have developed via experimentation and observation throughout time. Where possible try and find some data to see how effective earlier measures have been.
