Law Assessment - CSR ETHICS ESSAY - Portfolio report

Detailed description of assessment :  The main task of the portfolio is the critical analysis of the CSR approaches and potential social alternatives to them, together with the practical application of ethical theory. That involves two components: one individual and one group. For the individual component you are expected to choose one TNC which will be your main focus of through Modules 1-3. You will need to perform the critical analysis of CSR approaches put by your chosen company with application of at least one ethical theory. The steps in your TNC research are also your formative assignments described in detail in the following section. For the group component you will be arranged in groups of 4-5 peers during your first tutorial. The of your group will need to agree and decide which sector/industry they want to investigate a group and that will inform your choice of TNCs e.g. sector – fast food; TNCs – McDonald’s, KFC, King, etc.
