You will complete a number of tasks that will provide us with evidence of your skills with planning and implementing systems that will influence positive workplace relationships. These tasks will be based on your role ofSupervisor in a simulation with an organisation that operates coffee booths across the city. 

To be deemed competent for this unit, you will need to meet the following requirements:
• complete all of the questions and tasks listed in the Student Assessment Workbook
• meet all the requirements listed in this Student Assessment Guide
• your responses to the questions and tasks must be relevant, accurate and specific 
• submit your completed Student Assessment Workbook to your Assessor within the set timeframes
• your work must be in your own words
• where you use an external source of information, you must provide citation.

In this assessment you will undertake a number of tasks within a simulation where they will be establishing procedures to support the development of workplace relationships and then the implementation of these processes.
Task 1: Manage Ideas and Information
In this task you will demonstrate your skills in developing and implementing effective strategies to manage ideas and information, particularly with work responsibilities, consultation with work issues.
