You are working with an enrolled nurse Maxine and there is an AIN Jody who is working across the whole 30 bed ward. Your team leader is Sarah, a clinical nurse who has worked on the ward for the past 6 years. 

In your response you need to:

• Identify and describe the leadership role of the Registered nurse in the nursing team.

• plan and prioritise the care of these patients and delegate tasks/activities appropriate to your nursing team members role and scope of practice.
