The purpose of Assessment 2 is to assess your ability to construct an Essay that integrates the information you gathered in responses to those interviews and the theory provided in Themes 1 and 2. 

Interview two nurses from any location or specialty who you consider leaders in your profession or workplace. Integrate the findings from your discussions with scholarly literature to construct an Essay that addresses the following question:
