Task: Task Description: - The purpose of this assessment is for you to write a structured reflection on your personal responses to your results of the Kouzes & Posner Leadership Practice Inventory (LPI). You are required to use a reflective model to analyse your results. When reflecting on them refer to the principles of Kouzes & Posner (2017), as well other leadership literature. This assessment also requires you to complete two (2) action plans for your own leadership development based on your reflection. Each action plan must:
  • Identify two (2) Leadership Practices (1 Practice for each action plan)
  • Select two (2) Leadership Behaviours (1 Behaviour associated with the Practice)
  • Identify and justify SMART goals
  • Identify and describe strategies for learning and action through Experience, Example and Education
  • Identify and explain appropriate and realistic sources and measures of support
It is essential that there is a clear relationship between your LPI reflection and action plans. Important Note regarding this assignment: - The key points are below:
  1. Analyse your LPI results using a reflective model. The model should guide your analysis. You need to analyse all your results, not just your strongest or lowest results. Literature must be incorporated into this analysis. This section is 1000 words Multiple citations must be used to support the single idea.
  2. Based on your analysis and reflection, write 2 action plans. EACH action plan will use ONE Practice and ONE associated Behaviour from Kouzes & Posner's work.
