You will create a *seven (7) minute video presentation which includes the following:

• A purpose statement you have developed for an organisation to lead the future direction of this purpose-driven business.
• You then need to identify the stakeholders and values, organisational culture and structure, and leadership approaches to build your organisation's brand and reputation to create or enhance a purpose-driven organisation.
• You will also discuss your recommendations to improve sustainability.

In completing this task, you need to review the feedback from Assessment 2 as you want to lead the future direction of this purpose-driven business. This means you should consider how to enhance the organisation's sustainability (in terms of the value chain and SDGs).

You will find concepts and theories from the modules (1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 11, 12) and academic peer reviewed journal articles, and apply these to your organisation, critically analysing how the purpose you formulated be reached more efficiently.

• list the stakeholders you will be addressing

4. The values and organisational culture 

Describe the values and organisational culture required to achieve the purpose statement and why you have chosen these based on your research

5. Leadership style

What leadership style would support the organisational culture best that you are trying to achieve and why has this style been chosen based on your research

6. Organisational structure

To achieve the purpose of this business, what organisational structure are you suggesting and why based on your research

7. Recommendations for improving the organisation's sustainability (in reference to your SDG mapping from assessment 2 Business Analysis Report)

Explain your recommendations and why you have you chosen these based on your research

8. Suggestions for improving the brand 

Consider what branding would help improve the organisation's reputation and base your suggestions on research

9. Include a closing statement (e.g. thank you)
10. Show your reference list
