Lease Rates Database and Broker Response Assignment

Assignment Task

1. Lease Rate Database: Only write in the excel spreadsheets the number with two decimal places OR NA for everything else.

2. Brokers email database: Write the days they took to reply

3. Lease Rate Database: Consider if the property is leased

4. Lease Rate Database: Take average for ranges and for different broker's reply, weighte average for different floors

5. Brokers email database: write who replied (1 for themselves and 2 for a third person) 

6. Lease Rate Database: write the number of dates they took to reply (if they replied to the same day, it's 0)
