Locate the Federal Court decision, Gill v Canada (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration), 2010 FC 122.

4.Using Quicklaw database provide a parallel neutral citation for the French language decision.  Provided only one parallel citation and do not provide a database citation.
5.Provide the name of the lawyer/law firm acting for the applicant.
