You are Alex Cross SC, a barrister specialising in Corporate Law. You have received a Letter of Instructions from Zeus Law to Act for a number of shareholders in a corporate dispute that has arisen with the company’s board of directors. You are to prepare a legal opinion as requested in the Letter of Instructions. You will find the request under the heading “Opinion and Legal Advice Requested” on the final page of the Letter of Instructions. This request is your Assignment Question.
