The facts are as follows:
a. Kim Kim was walking down the street where she encountered her ex-assistant. They had not spoken for months after Kim fired her for leaking information to the paparazzi.
As the ex-assistant approached Kim, she said: "Here comes the fake, plastic cow". Upon crossing paths, Kim says: "What did you just call me?" Her ex-assistant replies: "Has the plastic surgery affected your ears? I said you are a fake plastic cow”. At this point, Kim slaps her ex assistant across her face causing her ex-assistant to fall back but remained on her feet. Kim then walked away

b. Kourtney Kourtney was out partying with friends in a hip Melbourne club.
At approximate lam, another group of friends approached Kourtney's group and started verbally insulting the group. Things became quite heated between the groups with various insults and threats being exchanged accordingly. At this point, security approached and demanded that the other group remove themselves from Kourtney's area and that any further arguments would see all parties removed from the venue.
Kourtney is quite upset about what had happened. As she is playing billiards, she decides to pick up the white ball and throw it over the heads of the other group. She wants to scare them with both the sight and sound of the billiard ball-flying over the heads and making a loud noise when it hits the wall. Kourtney throws the billiard ball as hard as she could in the direction of the other group who was about 15 meters away.
Unfortunately, Kourtney's aim was off. Instead of the billiard ball flying above their heads, the billiard ball hits one of the group members directly on the tip of her nose. This causes that person's nose to break, her two top front teeth to be knocked out, and knocked her unconscious.

That person required surgery to re-set her nose and to reinstall her two front teeth. Further, she needed to be kept in hospital for eight days for observation as she suffered adverse effects (vision, headaches, balance) from the hit.
c. Kylie Kylie and her friend are having drinks in her apartment. An argument arises and the two become quite angry at one another. Kylie's friend says: "Let's agree to disagree. I'm going home now. I don't need this". Kylie responds: "You're not going anywhere until I finish with what I have to say". Her friend says: "Oh really. You're not my mother. Who do you think you are?"
At this point, Kylie's friend attempts to walk out of the apartment through the front door – the only exit from the apartment. Kylie closes and locks the door. She stands in front of the door and states that her friend cannot leave until she finishes what she had to say.
Kylie's friend is a passive individual and is intimated by Kylie's superior stature and demeanor.
As a result, Kylie's friend does not attempt to leave the apartment.
Kylie spends the next ten minutes telling her friend why her point of view is correct. She then unlocks the door and tells her friend to get out.

d. Kendall Kendall paid over $100,000 for an overseas retreat.

However, it was soon discovered that she was scammed and had therefore lost all that money.
A friend of Kendall's somehow discovered who this scammer was and where they resided. Kendall decides to pay this person a visit and 'teach him a lesson'.  After monitoring the residence, she discovers that the scammer is small in stature and lives alone. Kendall is confident that she can confront this person alone without fear of appraisal or being seen.  Kendall comes back the next day around 7pm with a small rolling-pin concealed under her jacket. She knocks on the door. Upon the scammer opening the door, Kendall quickly pushes him to ground and then shuts the door. At this point, she pulls out the rolling-pin and whacks him across the head causing him to become dazed. After a quick scope of the premise, Kendall discovers that no-one else is inside. She closes the blinds and then heads back to the scammer. She then says: "No one steals money from me. I'm going to teach you a lesson and you will never walk properly again".  Kendall repeatedly hits the scammer with the rolling-pin. She targets his whole body. The attack last around 45 seconds. As she leaves, she says: “Let this be a warning to you".  The scammer was knocked unconscious and subsequently died in hospital a few hours later from the injuries sustained from the attack. His neighbor had heard the attack and had called the police.
