You are a registered migration agent. You are contacted by Mr Wasim Akram from Perth. He is a famous cricketer and obtained his permanent resident visa by being granted a Distinguished Talent (Subclass 124) visa. You are well aware who Wasim is and are a little star struck. You quickly message your sister, who has had posters on her wall of Wasim and she asks whether she can act like your receptionist when he comes into the consult. Wasim attends your office the next day, he tells you that he is now an Australian citizen and will be playing for the Australian cricket team next season. After ten minutes of chatting, you wonder what Wasim’s enquiry is about, as he has only been talking about his successful cricket career. He then tells you that his mum, Meesha, came to Australia four years ago from Pakistan, on a three month Visitor visa. His mother liked Australia a lot but left before her Visitor visa expired when she received news that her husband in Pakistan had died suddenly in an accident at work. You already knew this as you read it on the internet but acted sympathetic and surprised. It was always in the gossip pages as to why Wasim’s dad would be working when it was well known Wasim was making a lot of money. 
Wasim’s mother is now aged 66 and a half year’s old and lives in Karachi, Pakistan. Wasim also informs you that he has two other siblings (sisters), Aleeze and Mahira, but they are married and living in Pakistan with their families. You double-check this fact as the famous Akram family were not known to have daughters and found this very odd; the thought runs through your mind that you could sell this fact to the tabloids. 
Meesha has told Wasim that she would like to come to Australia again since her husband has now passed away and her two daughters live so far away that she does not see them anyway; they were never close as they thought Meesha favored Wasim all his life. Meesha has been relying on Wasim financially since her husband died and although she lives a comfortable life in Pakistan wants to be near her son.
