Goran Ilic, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DefenceCo, successfully obtained a contract  from the Australian government for the building of naval ships in Williamstown, Victoria. He  has had difficulty obtaining naval architects to work for DefenceCo as this is a very specialised  area. DefenceCo have advertised extensively but to date have had no luck. Coincidently, two naval architects from Montenegro, Zoran (33 years) and Niccolo (36 years),  have been holidaying in Australia on Visitor Class FA sub class 600 visas. Zoran and Niccolo  are best friends, having studied together doing their Master in Naval Architecture at the  University of London. They have been working as naval architects in the same company in  Montenegro for the past 12 years. They have been obtaining extensions for their visitor visas  because of the current COVID pandemic and the inability to obtain flights back to Montenegro.  They see the advertisement online for the 2 naval architects and wish to apply for these  positions with DefenceCo. Their visas expire in 3 months time. Goran consults you, a registered migration agent, about DefenceCo sponsoring them under the  Temporary Skill Shortage sub class 482 visa.  Goran understands the requirements for DefenceCo to apply as an approved Standard  Business Sponsor for the Temporary Skill Shortage sub class 482 visa. However, he is still  uncertain about the sponsorship obligations as a Standard Business Sponsor.  Prepare a concise letter of advice for Goran as CEO of DefenceCo outlining any  sponsorship obligations that they must consider as a Standard Business Sponsor in the  Temporary Skill Shortage sub class 482 visa program. In your letter of advice provide  any practical examples to demonstrate each of the sponsorship obligations. As part of  the letter of advice include what fees are payable to the Department of Home Affairs,  including any credit card surcharges and what would be the processing times?
