2) Format the data set into a CSV file. It may come in this format, or you may need to epee the data in your spreadsheet software, and then use the File > Save As feature to save vow data as a CSV file. 
3) Either a) Import your data into your RapidMiner repository with a descriptive name; or b) Read your data from your CSV source through a RapidMiner operator.
