He wants to make sure that his HRM team takes a worldwide approach in selecting managers to fill positions for both headquarters and its subsidiaries without regard to where they come from or where they live. His goal is to build a team of international executives who feel at home working in different cultures. Mitch realises that his HRM team needs to develop a more global outlook on recruitment as they are required to select future executives who will end up leading staff in very different parts of the world. You are contracted as a consultant and you need to report back to Mitch Daley who is seeking guidance on the following issues for his HRM team:
