A problem may be defined as a deviation from standard performance.The report should be concluded with possible solutions and recommendations to address these problems by employing recent ICT technologies and innovations and include an approach to modernising the IT or information management infrastructure. An appropriate, generic, critical appraisal should be included as part of your report.Your report should assist the industry/sector towards identifying a number of the related operations, processes or business challenges and help them to identify the potential solutions to overcome those challenges. Additionally, you should assume that your report has to become an IT project in future.Your report should be constructed as a business report/proposal (in most cases). It should have a title page, an executive summary or abstract page, a table of contents and figures, the report itself, and appropriate appendices and illustrations. The content will be assessed based on your ability to provide a coherent discussion and critical analysis on the sector/industry challenges and the potential digital transformation solution.

The report should:

2- identify one to two major issues or problems and their overall negative consequences on the sector that affect their organizational and business value or, in a larger context, a society. You can also discuss the inefficiency or ineffectiveness that the challenges could bring to the sector’s processes, procedures or businesses. You need to support your statements using academic references. For this section, using a model or framework and critical analysis isrequired

3- explain which ICT technology(ies) or innovation could potentially address the identifiedchallenges, and how and why you consider them.
