Dissertation Writing Assignment:

Task: The project/dissertation proposal is intended to provide a clear summary of what you intend to research, why, how, when and with what resources. It should be no longer than 1000 words in total If you intend to approach supervisors independently (rather than having somebody allocated to you) then it is recommended that you complete this document – and preferably get some feedback on it from a colleague or module staff – before doing so. This will allow them a clear view of what you intend to do and give you the best possible chance of agreeing to supervise your research and, indeed, improve your research proposal. The proposal will be reviewed and get Red Amber Green level feedback.  It is not marked for credit and does not contribute to the dissertation mark.
