You need to use Business Statistics theory, concepts, tools and terminology that you have learnt from weeks 1 to 5to analyse the data and to write upthe assignment.
Data set [Global Corporation –Customer attributes&Sales data] isobtained froma global corporation. The business sells categories of products including DVD, CD, and books which include classical, novel, politics, and bestsellers.
You have been given a data set which include the data for400 daysof trading.
1.Datasheet labelled [customer attributes& sales] lists the results of an online survey given to customers. The [coding]sheet indicates how the nominal data have been coded. 
a.Variables include:
i.Customer ID
ii.“Gender” – male or female
iii.Marital status (Married, single, divorced, widow)
iv.Age
v.Type of customer (light user, medium user, heavy user)
vi.Region that they come from (east, west, south, north)
vii.Payment which defined customers’ payment methods (Paypal, credit, cash)

viii.Source (web, email, shop)
ix.Amount of customer’s pay
x.Product that they have purchased (Best select, CD, Classical, DVD, Novel, Politics).

The main challenge in the business is to increasesales, revenue and profit. For this reason, the company has decided to conduct a survey and identify the reasons for this. They have collected the data for customers’ demographics and sales. Using statistical theory and application answer the main research questions below.

Describe how you want to achieve this objective in this assignment
• Identifying the data types and measurement scales of all variables in the dataset (10marks)
Create a table containing all names of variables and the associated data type as well as the scale of measurement 
•Calculate descriptive statisticsfor all numerical variables (20 marks)

•Discuss whether you can calculate numerical variables (10 marks)
