• Create the following Accounting Reports: 

i. Management Report as at 30th September, 2020 

ii. Reconciliation Reports as at 30th September, 2020. (NB: for GST and General Ledger Exceptions and Journal Report sections select period 1st July 2020 to 30th September, 2020) 

iii. Annual Accounts SPFR as at 3oth September, 2020. 

• Export these reports to PDF. 

• You have decided that you will use these reports frequently so you will set links to them up on the Accounting Menu page. When you have done this take a screenshot of your Accounting Menu. 

2. Senior Management has seen a demonstration of the XERO accounting package and they were very impressed that the dashboard could be easily configured. To this end they have decided that it would be useful to see Business Performance Indicators and Accounts Watch List on the dashboard. 

• You have been requested to amend the dashboard so that it has the following items: 

i. Bank Accounts. 

ii. Total Cash In and Out. 

iii. Invoices owed to you. 

iv. Bills you need to pay. 

v. Accounts Watch List –You are to amend the watch list to include any 3 of the following accounts: 

• Sales 

• Advertising 

• General Expenses 

• Office Expenses 

• Wages and Salaries 

• Accounts Receivable 

• Accounts Payable
