The Board has asked you to prepare a business report which evaluates whether Woolworths should continue to operate gaming machines in Australia firstly, using arguments developed from an agency theory approach and secondly, using arguments from a stakeholder theory approach. Based on your evaluation, the Board has asked you to conclude with your recommendation on whether Woolworths should continue operating gaming machines.
