Task: 1. Make predictive analytics to predict the final ranking of each driver and each year, using the first half of the season, e.g. 21 races -> use first 11 race for prediction.
2. Use two different methods and compare the result.
3. Count the accuracy and precicy of the result. Use Python for this task.
