You have been asked to select an organisation to learn about how finance, operations, marketing and  people are managed in that organisation; if you are employed then you may wish to choose your own  employer. You should undertake research into the organisation and review case study material /  management reports. Based upon your findings and the knowledge you have been developing on this  module, you need to complete the following task: 

Task: Record a 15 minute presentation in which you: 

1. Identify the key practices of people, finance, operations and marketing management in the  organisation you have chosen. (2-3 minutes) 

2. Critically discuss how external and internal factors have influences the key practices you have 

identified 

3. Summarise the problem or potential problem areas that the organisation might face due to the key  practices that have been adopted.  

The recording can be made using the 'Record Slide Show' feature in PowerPoint, or you can use screen  recording software. The maximum permitted file size is 250MB, so you will need to save the presentation  in an appropriate file format and with appropraite quality settings to keep the filesize below 250MB. You  must upload and submit the video recording of your presentation to SOL by the deadline shown at the  top of this brief.
