Q1. Using internet resources, find and research a current on-going infrastructure project in Australia. Then refer to Task 4b in Module 1 for this unit. Discuss the challenges that could be faced by the project manager on the infrastructure project in ensuring that the project adheres to sustainable principles, including whether this is a function that should be undertaken by project managers. Ensure you justify your answers with reference to project management theory and practice.

a) Create a project scope statement for the community garden project.

b) Perform a stakeholder analysis for the new project using a power/interest grid or matrix as described in Module 7.

c) Use a table to justify your answer by explaining why you have assigned each stakeholder their position on the grid/matrix and include some of the stakeholder engagement strategies that can be applied.
