3.  Find four (4) current academic (peer-reviewed) articles relating to this function of management in the context of the management problem/issue you have identified.  The articles should relate to a Function of Management (Planning, Leading, Organising, Controlling) and NOT the organisation you are investigating. Your research should focus on relevant management publications

4 Write a management problem statement of approximately 250 words in the form of a memorandum to the CEO. In your memo, you will provide the CEO with a reference list of the four articles you will use in your research to develop the report in Assignment 3: Analysis of Management Issue. Your
reference list will be presented in APA referencing style.

Writing a memo has the following basic structure:
1. The heading – the heading is made up of who the memo is for, who sent the memo, the subject and date the memo was made. The subject line simply explains what the memo is about.
2. Introduction – The first paragraph of the memo quickly introduces the subject, the background relating to the subject, and the purpose and use of writing the memo.
3. Body – provides information and supporting details for the purpose of the memo. You can use bullet-point lists if required
4. Conclusion or close – states the outcome or specific steps needed to be implemented. It may outline the responsibilities of specific individuals.
