Management Strategies Report

Questions: i) The management strategies report requires students to: i. identify and describe the major contemporary issues facing health service managers common across the different spheres of health service management; ii) focusing on one of these identified major issues, describe the management strategies being used to address it, exploring how these may differ across the range of healthcare settings; and iii) analyze these management strategies with reference to relevant management theories and concepts using material covered in the workshop sessions, recommended readings and other appropriate references.
