You are asked to review the organisation’s effectiveness with regards to its triple bottom line (environmental, social, and economic outcomes). The Executive Board
also asks you to present relevant recommendations that they can consider in their decision-making moving forward.
You are advised to base your recommendations on:

•  the analysis of the company’s position in its current operating environment, and
•  the identification of required changes to relevant design features

A comprehensive presentation would include:

•  recommendations for implementing these changes; 
•  a brief account of the potential impact of these changes on the organisation’s short- term vs. long-term performance.
