After finishing your course at Sussex, you have joined an innovative and promising company. You are now working at an innovation strategy unit within the organization. (Select one existing company in  your preferred industry: For example, a consumer device manufacturer in the ICT industry in the UK.) 

Your task (which is also the task for this assessment, Report 2) is to write an innovation strategy report to the top management team at your organization to ensure its growth in the future. The  report should include, but not limited to: 

•  A brief profile of the firm (i.e. corporate context) 
•  An innovation strategy using the 4Ps of Innovation Space (at least two dimensions) as a conceptual  framework 
•  A strategy implementation plan by applying one of the following concepts:
•  Open Innovation 
•  Diffusion of Innovation 
•  New Product Development 
•  Corporate Venturing
