Very briefly introduce the company. Then critically examine how Coloplast is managing the process of innovation. The discussion should focus on the following four Coloplast initiatives:

For each of these initiatives, you should integrate the information provided in the case study with theoretical and empirical insights from innovation management research. Specifically, for each initiative, you should discuss: (i) the key theoretical perspectives informing your discussion (e.g., lead user theory, open innovation, alliance management, etc.), (ii) how these perspectives could be used to improve operations in Coloplast, and (iii) what is the evidence that these perspectives and ideas could be beneficial to Coloplast.
