Part 1: Your tutor will allocate you to a project management case study. You need to draw a Gantt chart and Activity-On-Node network to find the critical path method and determine a completion date for a project based from the case study.

Part 2: Your tutor will allocate you to different case study. You need to analyse data by applying what you have learnt. You will need to apply a suitable simulation theory such as (the Monte Carlo technique) to demonstrate what the effects of your recommendations would be.

You are required to complete two components, submitted as one zip file in Canvas.

• A Power-point file, for the report containing the details of the model, the solution and the recommendations to the problem.
• And an Excel file.
