Your executive director has been approached by this shipping company to investigate into the mishap. This job has beenentrusted to you by your executive director, who has directed you to surveysthis unfortunate incident, analyse the situation and produce a detailed  report.
The Task:
Design and justify documentation in the form of report with guidance notes and recommendation  forthe Shipping Company and the maritime community, which includes shipowners from Singapore and overseas . Your documentation should include but not limited to

01. Obtaining the principal particulars of the vessel and machinery details.
02. Gathering all relevant information from the Vessel’s Master, Chief Engineer and any other members of the crew. The information gathered is to be justified. Please follow the attached criteria of  written report
03. Getting in touch with the Shipping Company’s office in Singapore to procure any information with justification, which you think is pertinent to the incident.
04. Contact the classification society and any other relevant authority, seeking information on the accident and justify the same.
05. Your final analysis and recommendations in the report with justification.
06. References  used are HARVARD  style
07. Please provide list of figures , tables , abstract , introduction and conclusion with  recommendation.
