Assignment Description

A group poster presentation, the presentation should last no longer that 15 minutes. The presentation will be followed by a 5 minutes Questions and Answer session. 

A maximum of 4 members in each group, you are free to choose your group. Please inform the tutor once you have decided upon your group members. It is your responsible to work as a team and to handle workload and contributions. 

In your groups, you are required to produce a poster presentation that addresses the topic of: ‘Critically evaluate the key benefits of data analytics in a selected business’.

You can select any organisation for the poster presentation, for example brick-and-click or internet only.

You can choose any particular area(s), from the perspective of enhancing customer experience, business efficiency, market trends and/or customer preferences.

You should also review the chosen company’s current marketing strategy, critically analysing the marketing strategy, how it has been delivered, received by customers and reaction to the campaign.

Further information is provided on Moodle and throughout the modules’ workshops.

It is important that the content should be underpinned with the inclusion of relevant academic theory, concepts and models where appropriate. These should be referenced throughout.

The poster should be created using Microsoft PowerPoint.

The poster will consist of 3 presentation slides. 

1. Student names and ID Numbers, title of the assessment and company chosen.

2. Your group poster.

3. Reference list.

The poster should contain all the relevant information but also be visually appealing with the use of SmartArt, images, graphs, figures etc.
