A skateboard rider typically rides around a skate park that is 0.5km in length, which consists of multiple segments; namely 60% cornering, 30% bumpy terrain (moderate-to-heavy shocks), 10% braking regions. Due to various impacts and skate park terrain, the application factor during cornering, bumps and braking are 1.5, 3 and 1.2, respectively. Assume there is equal weight distribution across all four wheels and there is no weight transfer during riding. The inner bearing (A) is SKF 608 and the outer bearing (B) is SKF W 608 deep groove ball bearings. With the confidence of 99.9%, calculate the minimum number of skate park laps the rider can complete until bearing failure (and specify which bearing fails), where the average speed during cornering is 20kmh, bumpy terrain 32kmh, and braking 26kmh.
