• An explanation of the skills and personal attributes necessary for the professionals at the hospital when working with your selected individuals
• An analysis of how an ethical approach to providing support would benefit your two, selected individuals

• An Assessment and an explanation of the strategies and communication techniques used by the professionals at the hospital, to enable the individuals to overcome different challenges
