You are required to provide comprehensive written feedback (a critique) of the nurse’s interaction with the client, identifying four (4) positive and two (2) negative elements of the interaction. Please provide feedback on the process of the interactions. Please provide feedback on the process of the interactions between the nurse and the client (example: The nurse used silence appropriately while waiting for the client to respond). You need to cite examples from the video to support this. 

Do not comment on the content of the interactions (example: The nurse did not ask any question about the client’s mood or thought content).

  • If there are issues that cannot be resolved/addressed by your clinical facilitator, it is your responsibility to notify the clinical office immediately, do not wait until the end of your clinical placement when it would be too late to do anything
