Section 1 (5% ,200 words)

Section 2 (20%)

Create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with 20-30 ‘child’ work packages that details the activities involved in all phases of the lifecycle including project management activities on the construction of JET PACK FACTORY

Critically analyse how the project manager may use the tools WBS, Network Diagram to plan, monitor and manage the scope and delivery of the project to meet client requirements, including any changes that may be required during the project.

Section 5 (20%,600 words)
