This assessment tests your ability to critically assess your existing leadership competencies and to plan, execute and reflect upon a range of leadership development activities throughout the module. The tile for this assignment will be: My Leadership Development Journey’. 

In order to do this, you will:

• Critically reflect upon your existing leadership experiences, please note this may be nil at this time which is not a problem for this assessment.
• Conduct a series of personality and leadership assessment tests to establish your strengths weaknesses as a leader.
• Prepare and carry out a range of individual leadership activities which will be designed to aid you in developing your leadership skill sets.
• Build an e-portfolio record of your leadership development journey.

Reflect upon the effectiveness of your leadership self-development activities and identify future developmental activities in a self-reflective report.

This assessment requires an honest appraisal of your skills and your future ambitions in order to provide a range of self-development activities, that will potentially push you out of your comfort zone. The range of activities can be a combination of big, medium or small events with big activities potentially lasting several weeks to small activities lasting only a few hours. You will need to assess the opportunities for leadership development and conduct problem solving in order to achieve this assessments goal.
