1. Much has been written about the impact of Artificial Intelligence and robotics on the future workforce with commentary suggesting that some jobs will disappear. The move to low-carbon economies will also mean the loss of jobs and in some cases whole professions and job categories will disappear. However, there has also been commentary on the growth of ‘green jobs’ that will emerge. Outline and quantify the impact on the future job market of moving to a net-zero carbon economy by 2050. What will the future workforce look like, what role will a move to sustainable organizations play; where will the opportunities be; what new jobs will be created? What skills, knowledge and capabilities will be required for the future workforce? Consider the issue of justice and social impact of the transition of the workforce to a net-zero economy.

3. ‘Transition’ appears to be the latest narrative that has emerged from the business community in adapting to climate change. However, uncertainties about the future impacts of climate change means that definitive conclusions about future adaptation actions and insights for specific situations cannot be generalised across firms or industries. As a result, it is suggested that the answer in-part is to develop resilient firms and organizations. What is a resilient organisation and how do existing firms evolve to become resilient. 

OR 4. Organizations implementing sustainability face the challenge of changing their corporate identity. What is meant by organizational identity? What would a sustainable organizational identity entail? What factors would help or hinder an organization migrating their identity to a sustainable organization? Illustrate your argument with an example organization that has or is in the process of migrating their identity. (successfully or not)
