  • What is different about ERP/technology implementation in the context of a hospital? Are there additional challenges?

  • Include a Force Field Analysis to identify driving forces and restraining forces in the situation. How did VLF deal with the forces? Comment on the change management process at VLF. 

  • Comment on the implementation approach at VLF – big bang V Phased implementation.              

Section 4 – Recommendations and Conclusion

• Was the project successful? Justify using data provided in the case. 

• What changes would you recommend?
