In this part of the assessment,

(a) Analyse the competitive environment (only competitive environment) in detail.

(b) Identify another appropriate competitive driver the organisation should focus on.

Then apply two of four key management practices that lead to sustained, superior performance (i.e. strategy, execution, culture and structure) to help the company achieve its excellence through selected competitive driver.

You should define it, provide the rationale for selecting that specific competitive driver and provide detailed recommendations as to how two key management practices could be used to achieve competitive advantage.
