Context
In assessment 1 you identified four (4) project management concepts relevant to a selected project from Projects NSW https://www.infrastructure.nsw.gov.au/projects-nsw/. Now in Assessment 2 you will further research the project and address the four (4) key questions listed below under the Task Instructions.

Task Instructions
Based on the information provided for the project, and from your understanding of the theories from the modules, you are required to address the following key areas:

1. Identify and justify which project selection criteria (numerical / non-numerical) were used for the project?
2. Looking at the Product Lifecycle and the ten (10) Knowledge Areas, discuss which stage the project is currently at?
3. Develop a stakeholder matrix for the project by identifying and prioritizing all stakeholders. As part of this create a stakeholder engagement matrix, and a communications matrix.
4. Develop an Issues Log for the project and from your findings discuss the impact this may have / has had on the project scope, schedule and budget.
