• Provide a summary about the business that dearly identifies the sector in which It operates (manufacturer, retailer or service), its size, its main operations and its mission and vision.

• Undertake a SWOT analysis.

• Undertake a macro-environmental analysis using the PESTLE model.

• Undertake a micro-environmental analysis using Porter's 5 forces model.

• Explain how these three models help identity the key drivers for change within the organisation. What processes are followed? Give examples.

• Describe how the organisation has been dealing with the identified drivers

• Discuss how the business could usefully incorporate other analytical models, and the benefits that they could provide.
